  • Açaí Bowl– the boys love making açaí bowls for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert. They are easy to make at home and much more affordable. Everyone can customize their own bowls with a variety of toppings.
dinner rolls in pan.
  • Dinner Rolls– the BEST dinner rolls! When Josh makes these, they never last long, the boys devour them! They are light, fluffy, buttery, and melt in your mouth!
cookies and cream cookies.
breakfast sandwiches.
  • Breakfast Sandwich– We make these all of the time for the boys, before school, before skiing, and even for dinner sometimes. They always hit the spot! They are freezer friendly too which is so nice.

Josh

lettuce wraps on platter.
chicken gyros.
  • Chicken Gyros– Chicken is marinated in a simple marinade made with Greek yogurt, lemon, red wine vinegar, and spices. Grill to perfection and add the juicy chicken to pita bread and top with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce.
snickerdoodle blondies.
  • The Best Grilled Cheese– Josh’s famous grilled cheese recipe! He starts with hearty sourdough bread and uses lots of cheese on the inside and outside. The textures and flavors are incredible. You have to try it!

Maria

cauliflower enchiladas in pan.
  • Cauliflower Enchiladas– corn tortillas are filled with roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, enchilada sauce, and cheese and baked until bubbly. Serve with lime crema and your favorite toppings for a satisfying vegetarian meal.
no bake peanut butter bars.
white bean soup.
  • White Bean Soup– this was actually the number one recipe from 2023 based on page views and one of my personal favorite recipes! It is a WINNER! It is cozy, comforting, full of flavor, basically a hug in a bowl!
brown butter chocolate chip cookie bars.
  • Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars– Soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie bars made with brown butter, lots of chocolate, and flaky sea salt. The bars are made in one pan, making them the perfect EASY dessert for potlucks, parties, or any day! I make these bars all of the time and everyone LOVES them!
stuffed sweet potatoes.
  • Stuffed Sweet Potatoes– Baked sweet potatoes filled with black beans, veggies, enchilada sauce, and lots of delicious toppings! So satisfying! I could eat this meal every single day! My VERY favorite! And guess what? My boys like this meal too so that makes me love it even more:)
