I love this soup. I make it for a friend who is battling cancer. She finds it easy reheat and she said it is good on her chemo tummy.

This has become my favorite soup! I added 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots and some lemon linguine broken into small pieces. All the flavors meld together to make the most flavorful comforting soup. I love this so much I make it weekly! Thank you so much for posting it!
